I always choose this place because I have no regrets. The staff helped me with sim cards on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, car park, flat-screen TV, breakfast, restaurant, cots. I keep coming back for a romantic escape.

Pretty terrace, lovely lounge area. I kindly informed the property of my estimated arrival time and enjoyed the views of the Cantabrian countryside. Beaches just 10 minutes away by car.

Water in the taps just tepid, so couldn't use the spa bath. How refreshing.

The hotel was in a beautiful area with plenty of activities to do. We were able to enjoy sports, art, and hiking during our stay. the owners were extremely helpful in planning our days and spoke English fluently. the hotel's location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. We also liked the quiet and charming atmosphere of the hotel, and the cute rooms with a big garden and outside terrace. the breakfast included in the price was varied and delicious.

The weather during our stay was not great as it rained all the time. This made it a bit difficult to fully enjoy all the outdoor activities.

The rooms at Posada Sotobosque are cozy and comfortable, with private bathrooms that have either bathtubs or showers. The bathrooms are well-equipped with complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. As a business traveler, I really enjoyed the convenience and relaxation of having a private bathtub in my room. It was a great way to unwind after a long day of meetings.

While the private bathrooms with bathtubs were a delightful feature for me, some guests might prefer just a shower instead.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Santander called Posada Sotobosque. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel itself is a beautifully renovated and decorated walled residence, surrounded by a spacious garden, providing lovely views from my top floor room. The spacious restaurant/lounge and patio were also great amenities. The location, only half an hour away from the ferry port, made it a convenient stopover. Additionally, the dinner and breakfast at the hotel were excellent, offering a wide variety of choices and great value for the price.

The TV had tons of movies and shows to choose from, perfect for cozy nights in with the family. The kids were glued to the screen, and my wife and I enjoyed some well-deserved relaxation too. It was like having a mini theater right in our room!

The hospitality at this place was mind-blowing, from the moment we arrived until we left. The staff were super friendly and made us feel so welcome, even preparing our breakfast early for our early morning departure. The dinner and breakfast were jaw-droppingly delicious, with the breakfast selection being incredibly fresh and the eggs made to order. The garden area with picnic tables was a perfect spot to relax, and the comfortable lounge and spacious room were great. Plus, the fact that they allowed our pet was a huge bonus. an amazing place to stay with easy access to beautiful beaches.
